Our Mission
Jersey Cape Wave Youth Sports Association was founded to give every kid in Cape May County a shot at organized, competitive flag football — without the cost or commute of traveling out of the county.
We're a New Jersey 501(c)(3) nonprofit, timed to capture the rapid growth of flag football statewide — including the addition of girls' flag football as a sanctioned NJ varsity sport.

Competitive flag football for boys ages 6–14. Multiple divisions by age group, fall and spring seasons, with a focus on skill development, teamwork, and fun.
NJ Varsity PathwayGirls Flag Football
Empowering girls to compete, lead, and thrive on the field. Our girls' program aligns with New Jersey's newly sanctioned varsity flag football pathway — giving players a clear road from youth leagues to high school varsity.
